Cancellation & Refund Policy
AscendSphere Strategies LLC

AscendSphere Strategies LLC is committed to providing high-quality professional development, leadership, coaching, assessment, training, consulting, educational, event, and related services. Because many of our services require advance preparation, third-party purchases, customized materials, assessments, venue commitments, merchandise, and other participant-specific expenses, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.
Workshops, Training Programs & Events
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific event, registration fees for workshops, training programs, seminars, and special events are non-refundable.
Registration fees may include costs associated with assessments, participant materials, apparel, journals, workbooks, venue preparation, refreshments, supplies, staffing, and other expenses incurred before the event.
When permitted for the applicable event, a registration may be transferred to another eligible participant with advance written notice to AscendSphere Strategies LLC. Transfer requests must be submitted before the event and are subject to approval.
Failure to attend an event does not qualify the purchaser for a refund.
MBTI® Assessments & Experiences
MBTI® assessments and related services may require AscendSphere Strategies LLC to purchase or assign assessment materials specifically for an individual participant.
Once an assessment has been purchased, assigned, issued, accessed, or otherwise ordered on behalf of a participant, the assessment portion of the purchase is non-refundable.
Programs such as UNLOCKED™: Discover How You’re Wired to Win™ may also include customized workshop materials, apparel, journals, venue expenses, and other participant-specific costs. Therefore, UNLOCKED™ registration fees are non-refundable.
Where permitted, an UNLOCKED™ registration may be transferred to another eligible participant with advance written notice and approval from AscendSphere Strategies LLC.
Executive Coaching & Consulting Services
Payments for executive coaching, leadership coaching, consulting, organizational development, assessments, and other professional services are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase or within the applicable service agreement.
Once a scheduled service has been delivered or work has begun, fees associated with completed work are non-refundable.
Appointments that need to be rescheduled should be changed as early as possible. Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, or late cancellations may result in the session being considered used, depending upon the applicable program or service agreement.
Digital Products & Downloadable Materials
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, templates, assessments, workbooks, guides, courses, and similar electronically delivered materials, digital purchases are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Merchandise & Physical Products
Merchandise and physical products are subject to the return or replacement terms stated for the applicable product.
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, event-specific, or participant-specific merchandise generally cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers should contact AscendSphere Strategies LLC promptly regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.
The Higher Calling — Founder’s 1,000 Collection
All sales are final. Each collection is limited, personally signed, and individually numbered, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Please double-check your T-shirt size and the personalization name before ordering.
We’ll make it right if something’s wrong. If your collection arrives damaged in shipping, defective, or incorrect, email lparker@ascendspherestrategies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the affected item, or refund it if a replacement is not available.
- Personalization: Hardcovers are signed by the author and inscribed to the name entered at purchase, exactly as entered. Orders confirmed without a name receive a signature only. Names cannot be added or changed after purchase.
- Certificate numbers (001–1000) are assigned automatically in the order payments are confirmed. Specific numbers cannot be requested or changed.
- Pre-orders: Orders placed through November 1, 2026 are charged at checkout, begin processing November 2, 2026, and ship within 2 weeks. Please allow 2–3 weeks from November 2 to receive your collection.
- Orders placed after November 1, 2026: please allow 10–14 business days for delivery.
- All collections in one order ship to the same address. Place separate orders to ship to different addresses.
Payment Plans, Affirm, Klarna & Other Payment Providers
Selecting a third-party financing or installment payment option does not change the cancellation or refund policy applicable to the underlying purchase.
Payment plans offered through providers such as Affirm or Klarna are also subject to the provider’s eligibility requirements, approval process, financing terms, and payment obligations.
Any refund authorized by AscendSphere Strategies LLC will be processed according to the original payment method and applicable payment-provider requirements.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by AscendSphere Strategies
If AscendSphere Strategies LLC cancels an event, registered participants will be provided with appropriate options, which may include transferring the registration to a rescheduled date, receiving a credit toward another eligible AscendSphere Strategies program, or receiving a refund when appropriate.
If an event must be rescheduled, the participant’s registration will generally be transferred to the new event date. Additional options may be provided depending upon the circumstances.
AscendSphere Strategies LLC is not responsible for incidental or third-party expenses incurred by participants, including travel, lodging, transportation, childcare, or other personal expenses.
Exceptional Circumstances
AscendSphere Strategies LLC understands that unexpected circumstances may occur. Requests involving documented extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed individually.
Approval of an exception is at the discretion of AscendSphere Strategies LLC and does not guarantee a refund or establish a precedent for future requests.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
