My Story
Why I Created AscendSphere
Throughout my career in healthcare leadership, I experienced both exceptional leadership and deeply unhealthy workplace cultures. I saw talented professionals lose confidence, organizations struggle with accountability, and teams suffer when leadership was not aligned with purpose.
Those experiences inspired me to create AscendSphere Strategies — a firm dedicated to helping leaders build healthier organizations, stronger teams, and cultures where people thrive.
