I’m Lavatrice Parker, and for over 30 years, I’ve led within the complex world of healthcare leadership. I’ve worked in roles where systems thrived — and others where toxic leadership styles stifled growth, broke trust, and pushed good people out the door.
I’ve lived through those broken cultures — and I knew I was called to build something different.
AscendSphere Strategies was created to disrupt the cycle of toxic leadership and transform workplaces, families, and communities through the power of leadership coaching, personality alignment, and culture transformation.
As I pursue my Ph.D. in Organizational Management with an Executive Coaching Cognate from Liberty University, I am deeply committed to equipping others with practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and spirit-led support to lead with authenticity, heal dysfunctional environments, and build purposeful connections.
